Privacy Policy — Easy Note Calc

This Privacy Policy explains what information Easy Note Calc (the "App") collects, how it is used, and your rights. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information stored on your device
- Calculator content — your sheets, lines, expressions, labels, and results are stored locally on your device using your device's standard storage. They are never uploaded to our servers, and we never see them.
- App preferences — settings such as your selected theme are stored locally on your device.
2. Information collected by Google AdMob
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob to support the free version. Through AdMob, Google may collect:
- Advertising identifier — your device's resettable advertising ID, used for ad delivery, frequency capping, and measurement.
- Approximate location — derived from your IP address for contextual ad targeting and regulatory compliance. The App itself does not request location permissions.
- App interactions — anonymized signals about ad impressions, clicks, and basic device characteristics (e.g. device type, OS version, language) used by AdMob for ad serving and measurement.
This data is shared with Google for advertising purposes. You can review or limit ad personalization at any time via adssettings.google.com, and you can reset or limit your advertising identifier through your device's system settings. 3. Information we do NOT collect
- We do not require an account, login, or email address.
- We do not upload your calculations or sheets to any server.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, calendar, microphone, camera, or other personal media.
- We do not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs beyond what AdMob requires for ad measurement.
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Your calculator content stays on your device. Any communication between the App and Google AdMob occurs over HTTPS/TLS.
6. Your rights
- You can clear all of your local calculator data at any time by uninstalling the App.
- You can opt out of personalized ads via adssettings.google.com or your device's privacy settings.
- You can request deletion of any data Google AdMob holds about you via your Google account at myaccount.google.com.
- EU/UK users have rights under GDPR and may contact us to exercise them.
- California users have rights under the CCPA/CPRA and may contact us to exercise them.
7. Children
Easy Note Calc is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the App in a way that involved data collection by AdMob, please contact us and we will assist.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
